Thank you.  A payment services business consultant will be contacting you shortly to discuss your company's requirements.

We will be requesting the following as part of the application and verification process:

• A valid URL that is established and registered in merchant's name

• Valid government issued ID or passport for owner(s)

• Utility bill(s) for owner(s) showing name and residential address

• Voided check from depository bank OR Letter of Good Standing on banks' letterhead

• Corporate Documentation, or equivalent for locale where incorporated

• Copy of 3 months most recent processing statements supporting current total annual volume. If not available, provide explanation.

• For telesales; copies of sale solicitation and verification scripts
